But you assume those same forces won't attack Obama with his relationships to Wright, Ayers and Rezko. If the Right is going to destroy her in the fall, why wouldn't they make as vehement an attack on Obama?
As for her negatives, I wish I could see the questions in these polls. Supposedly lots of people, inc. in PA see her as 'dishonest and untrustworthy'.....but she's been winning the big primaries.
Speaking for myself, if I truly thought a candidate was these things, I wouldn't support her.....I'd support Obama....or wouldn't vote.
OTOH, if someone asked me in a poll do you agree or disagree that Hillary Clinton is SEEN as dishonest or trustworthy, I'd have to say 'yes'. I'm saying this because through the years I've had questions similar to this put to me where I didn't want to answer. It showed me firsthand how a poll can be used to shape an agenda.
So I'm very skeptical of this characterization of her.
Also, as to her negatives, all I've ever seen are national polls that have Rs in them, too.
Also, the press and segments of her own party work diligently to put her in the worst possible light, i.e. portray her in a negative way. And no positive commentary anywhere.
