On this Board of Directors Bond isn't a factor. Hector could be forced out with all his problems. Sonsini is the fixer. The others I don't know about. They are not the powers behind what is happening at Novell. But they are the ones Marengi needs to convince to take the top spot. Once he takes the top spot then he has enough room to expand the Board to his liking. Now if Marengi is a made man, who is the maker? Is it Young or those behind Young or is it Noorda. And why aren't they seriously looking for a CEO while they dork him around? Is there a safe candidate they want? As far as I can see they have no incentive to burn Marengi with next quarters results, but I will join you in burning him if Kayak isn't a smashing success despite next quaters results.
