New Poll in Oklahoma POlipundit According to Rollcall, a poll out in Oklahoma reports that Tom Coburn leads by twelve percentage points. If further polls find the same trend, then this race goes into the Likely Republican category. Where does that leave us? Illinois is a certain loss. Forget about it. Murkowski should get a primary bounce, and President Bush's coattails should pull her across the finish line in November. That means Colorado is the critical race for Republicans. We have to hold this seat. PERIOD. This is the most crucial Senate race in the country. Think about helping him in the manner best suited to you. Remember, if we hold this seat, then we will start at 50 Senate seats, subtracting our likely loss in IL. Then add likely wins in GA and SC, and you see that we can only go up.
