Hmmm, let's see... just my unbiased but uninformed opinion, as usual, but maybe the promoters and insiders weren't able to unload all their shares by the time the thing plummeted into the 5's, so they need another last push before cratering the thing for good?

Of course, the above is merely groundless speculation and, in reality, I have an abiding respect for the management of the company and its products.
