The civil war in Zaire is taking its toll on ILP. Down 30 cents to C$1.88.... I'm surprised it has held up as well as it has. A number of newsletter writers have been touting this stock ... even as the rebels were consolidating their positions in eastern Zaire. One has to wonder if these guys even read the newspaper. Central Africa is a basket-case. The dangers extend even beyond Zaire's borders. Patrick
