Trading intraday at the best prices depends on the intraday chart. There are only three possibilities. Overbought then price pulls back. Oversold then price will have a nice move. The last one relates to liquidity where the price does not change and the stock never have to be borrowed. If you are trading in any stock; watch the intraday chart for a few days and you have a general concept of how that stock moves. After 10am -11 am, you know how the prices will behave for the rest of the day. Technical trend lines can be plotted, and you will see the same situation as well.
