Acey, the recent Barrons says words to the effect that periods of sharp increases in the market are follwed by further increases over the following 3 month and 6 month periods (exception was '84, when the 3-month chart was down). Have to confess I feel this is a good time to buy...just picked up my first shares of VTSS, and expect to add more later after I see what goes. Good luck on your decision.
