Regarding how we got to PW? If I remember the sequence of events correctly, I believe someone made a telephone inquiry to the company about the audit. They got Big Six as an answer. The question then was submitted by Tahoeman to Tom Burgess, who responded that a Big Six firm would conduct the audit. Subsequent to that, I believe there were followup telephone confirmations and the Price-Waterhouse name kept repeating. I've been operating under the assumption that Burgess was correct and that his statement was later corroborated by the telephone inquiries (not mine, but of others).

Beyond what I've said above, this is a mystery to me would be my only comment. But like you said, Joe, "we shall see."
