Given that it's the second time he's pulled this stunt (that I remember), I would expect a fairly muted world response.

Of the Far East markets that have opened for Monday's trading, South Korea is up 1/2 %; the others are down with New Zealand down the most at 2.4% (assuming anyone cares about New Zealand).,
