One thing I might add. I think it would be a mistake to trade up to securities that are less volatile. There are plenty of trading opportunities within the volatile sector where one should remain to benefit from the end of the "reverse bubble" if/when it comes. (Of course one should always be diversified... I'm saying that the volatile portion of a PF should not be reduced)
