Kerry was en route to Cambodia Christmas eve, 1968. That much we know. Kerry never said he was in Cambodia on Christmas day exactly. In fact he denies he was. But he never used the word "day" so he didn't lie. Because Christmas also means a season. So we know he was damn close to Cambodia at least on Xmas day and Brinkley confirms JK was in Cambodia 3-4 times in January-February. Final verdict - smearvets lied and who the F cares if JK meant the Christmas season instead of Christmas day? The smearvets also lied saying JK was NEVER in Cambodia. In fact smearvets have lied about every single claim they made about JK, and many claims they made about themselves. So who cares what those liars say? Just an ugly dishonest smear campaign like the one Bush waged against McCain, except bigger.
