Novell + January effect + CEO announcement + Earnings surprise of .20 cents a share = $22 stock price If Novell said they are definatly comfortable earning .8-.9 for 97, which I think they will, then we should see at least high teens after this report on q1. I think the CEO announcement will be after earnings, kinda like an insurance policy if earnings are nasty. Now Novell looks like they are finally poised for a good solid year of growth. New products combined with the ceo announcement should give more reassurance of Novell finally back on track. I have held this dog for 2 yrs and averaged down twice at 10.5 I think 1997 we might finally get the red ink of Novell off the books and back into the black. disclaimer---I am seldom right when it comes to this pig so sit back have a good holiday - average down if you like and tell the wife and kids that Christmas will come late try Valentines day. Maybe it's Christmas Cheer or way to much eggnog but I think Novell is ready to finally give a little back to the shareholders. Happy Holidays to all the Novell faithfull, Scott
