Clinton was 100% justified to blast rightwing lies.

9-11 happened on Bush's watch after he ignored all the warnings.

Clinton was very forceful against Al Qaida and Bin Laden. he walked the walk. He failed to get OBL, but so has Bush five years after 9-11 despite all the reasons in the world. CLiton had nowhere near the amount of reasons to get OBL that Bush has had. Instead, Bush focused only on Saddam, who had nothing to do with 9-11.
