4. Not CEO. It was the CFO Sussman, and isn't it in arbitration rather than litigation? I've never understood the issue, as I believe that he had another frigging job BEFORE everyone was cut loose. If I remember correctly, he had already jumped ship. Maybe not. That's good to know. What caught my eye was this item in the August 10-Q: OPERATING EXPENSES General and administrative expenses increased to $407,641 for the three months ended June 30, 2001 from $347,630 for the same period in 2000. This increase is attributable primarily to an increase in legal costs in connection with a severance pay dispute with a former employee.
