Robert, Bernie Newsletter You can get it by snail or email, which I recently switched to. You need Microsoft Excel Viewer. Works great. He seems very conservative and really on top of things. He saved me some big bucks by calling for a sell in regional banks recently. His philosophy is simple in this market, stay in cash and don't chase a fund simply because it has been up the past few sessions.
