His thesis, plain and simple, is the one that has been discussed ad nauseum here and many other places - the NC + Java will obsolete Microsoft's Windows/Intel's Microprocessors. If you believe this scenario, you'll fall in love with Mr. Gilder. For the world out there listening - it has been over 18 months since the NC was announced, and more than that for Java. How many people own an NC that runs Java only? Paul
