From a satellite industry source out here: a reseller of satellite time, located near Los Angeles, has begun an employment hiring program. Goal? To hire 40 sales people who will be handling internet transponder sales. Reason: ISP demand is accelerating for such satellite space. Has to be-- hiring 40 sales staff in any book has to be considered aggressive. The company in question is strictly a reseller of transponder space.
