So, why didn't the idiot in the WH spend a few of that 1,000 billion dollars "stimulus" (maybe about 5B) on interest-free loans to companies wanting to build CNG stations in key localities... Who would build CNG stations with 0% interest LOANS with a customer base of not more than 250K cars and 1 manufacturer selling Hondas CNG in 2 states? WTF? Al
