TM, Well, it is sad to witness that a major player in the online brokerage business does not even remotely comprehend that the backroom is just as an important as the front room. Not really surprising to me that the tech types don't understand that the importance of the accounting function. But just getting them to send you a check for 4% of your account -- sad!!! Not a good scene, but then it has kept you in cash in a really bad time! PBTB
