Geez, this must make CitiCorp and Clarion management frauds too. Of course everyone knew that Arthur Andersen was a two-bit fraudulent auditor. And everyone offering Able those new contracts were of course fraudulent (The state of Virginia, Norlight Communications in Michigan etc). And the group doing the bonding on those new contracts was obviously fraudulent. And of course, the state of New Jersey was fraudulent for their people stating that they were pleased with the improvements Able is making in handling EZ-Pass problems. The profits they make on these contracts just has to be fraudulent. Worldcom was fraudulent for guaranteeing the contracts and backing up their financing, and anyone about to provide new financing will be fraudulent - that goes without saying.

Of course, Asensio is just an innocent babe out to save mankind whose motivation should never be questioned. ;-)
