Jonas, NAQ originally was planning to charge $50 a month plus Exch. fees, but until not all features work they decided to keep price for monthly subscription lower - $30 plus Exch. fees. I can answer on second part of the question controversially from one side RT is the best online program and if it works price is much below it's value. From other side, when it has frequent data interruptions it seems to me I don't have to pay Exch. fees for real time quotes.
