This fiasco has little to do with Irwin Jacobs, OmniTRACS or Globalstar, it's about providing services in the specified time frame as outlined by the FCC. If Globalstar is to succeed it should be without a windfall profit from the sale of public spectrum from a company who has failed to live up to their obligations. The purpose of the FCC auctions does not include selling licenses for profit and potentially investing that money as seen fit by the profiteers. In twelve days NextWave will be in violation of their five year buildout requirement and their C block property rights should be terminated in accordance to contractual agreements. Ron
