Ben & all - the 1st prediction (dissident shr hldrs) has materialized. Don't think they ve enough muscle though even if there is a proxy fight, so it is purely posturing. The dissidents best hope is convince AXNT to sweeten the deal or find their own white knight to force the hands of RAPT and AXNT boards. There is only a slight possibility for the deal to fall thru.

In any event, it seems that it is better to hold RAPT than AXNT.
