Fruit basket? I thought I was describing the stock market, but it may apply to the Congress.

If anyone cares, an analyst cut his target for TI from $29.5 to $25 a share. Seems like a plus rather than a big minus.

The problem is the charts. The stock is big time oversold, but there is no letup in the downside pressure.

We might see a relief rally if the "bailout" bill finally passes, but it is not likely the relief rally will turn into an uptrend.

I don't think this is a good time to be short. A relief rally would be big enough to cause some pain.

Good news: Gasoline will soon be $.25 a gallon
Bad news: No one will have $.25
