oil stock-way undervalued rating -has 5 strong all out buy ratings-est it should go to 15 - or higher -hold till 3/23 opec meeting-if quota set for oil,will go much higher- the word is opec is getting country's in line, brazel has new oil minister,the old one started the hole mess by not following quota and pumping all out. opec leader went to brazel and got the new oil ministers on board. I strongly believe opec is going to cut production,they have everybody lined up.
