"Well Emile, if you read the prophets, you will discover that all this must pass. There is nothing that can be done about it."

We are to resist evil and attempt to do good until Christ returns. We must seek to discern the will of God in historical and political events and then work for what we think God desires. I pray for President Bush almost every day because God requests it. We are to respect the President even if we disapprove of his lies and warmongering. The Moslem and Zionist fanatic deserved to be punished for their evil systems and beliefs. Moslems have persecuted Christians and brutalized them for the last 1500 years. They invaded Spain, North Africa, Egypt, Jerusalem, Asia Minor, Greece and the Balkans. They slaughtered many many Christians and converted many by force. Finally Europe said enough, and the Europeans spontaneously started to defend themselves in what became known as the Crusades. There were definitely excesses in the Crusades but the original motive was to STOP MOSLEM AGGRESSION AGAINST CHRISTIANS AND EUROPE, and they were successful.

So when I look at Bush's lies and war mongering on behalf of Zionism, I often wonder if God is not bringing this upon the aggressive and ungodly and fanatic Moslems. I realize that the majority of the Moslem peoples want no part with the Al-Qaeda fanatics but many often cheer when Al Qaeda gets a hit. My mind and heart are always open to possible error in my thinking. I do not want to go against the will of God. It is often difficult to discern the will of God in contemporary politics and historical events.

By the way, I do read the prophets and the Gospels frequently. They are my primary guide in life.
