Looks like the mighty Q escaped the SD trial with their skin -- just! What a Cluster$#%@. FUBAR. SNAFU. Here we turn on a point where the court incorporated (likely unwritten) SSO rules into the law. What really happened in this trial??? The ITC case -- it appears that it will be a kick in the leg rather than the excising om the nuts. One claim of one patent that had been involved in a breakdown in QCOM-BRCM negotiations appearantly/hopefully will not provide a big enough excuse to compromise US national defense and disrupt the economics of 3G rollout in the US. NOW THAT WOULD BE A SANE DECISION!!
