Does this make sense? Oil is up at the moment going on 4 dollar per barrel. At the same time, the dollar is up more than I can recall ever seeing it in one session, 2.25 percent on NYBOT:DX. Why? Is the the rest of the world about to fall apart, with the U.S. dollar being the only safe harbor? Wierd. Whatever the answer, it is killing PMs. Silver is off $1.21 at the moment. Strangely, a couple of my favorites, Excellon & Minera Andes remain up so far today.
