There are definitely two different roads to the White House with Hillary or Obama. That makes a lot of the PA analysis less important; Hillary wants Kerry's map plus Ohio, so PA is key. Obama will aim to put 6-8 red states in play all over the map, an expansion the Dems sorely need to avoid becoming the pigeonholed regional power that the Reps are now.

It's another dimension of the old politics/new politics split. That gulf is getting wider and wider.
