I'm using the Quote.com LiveCharts with Java. The volume option automatically scales based on highest volume for the open period. My look was at the 1 minute ticker and the volume spike was there at +750,000 for approximately 1/2hour and then removed.

I like these charts to watch interday volume movement and see the delayed bid/ask movements.
