I assume the MSFT will be able to release Win98 to the rest of the World, independent of what the States have to say. Perhaps,bundled with an Acer or NEC system while Dell and Gateway languish in the wings, waiting for the States to give us the real "skinny" on all the "bad things MSFT does". I'll be waiting for Linux to give me my USB support, MMX,year 2000 compatability etc.
