We accept anyone who can contribute, regardless of race, sex, creed, or sexual orientation. We have thriving communities from many countries. One of the reasons is that people are accepted for who they are, and allowed to maintain their individuality without pressure to conform. Another is that people can still achieve success through hard work, and not at the whim of some Walmart-like corporation.
