The Federal Court system is as dirty a 'good ol' boys' club as any in the USA. .. If you don't suck up to and clerk for the right Judge, you're career doesn't go anywhere - unless you have real brains - like Gerry Spence, etc. - and go into private practice..... gerryspence.com Judicial appointments, perpetual tenure, and Kennedy-grade butt-patting skullduggery result in more POS baby-killer and legislate-from-the-bench arseholes wearing judicial robes than you could ever imagine..!!! It's like old Italy and the European aristocracy; buying a Cardinalship for your kid from the sleazebags at the Vatican Bank assured you good connections..!!! .
