I started tracking positions (just a few shares) in these stocks, fwiw:

CTO. Company finally in transition from fruit farm/land holdings. Intending to become a diversified(geographicaly) net lease operator -- selling/disposing of land, multi-tenant buildings, transitioning to buying properties. Company is profitable (excluding "adjustments"). Net asset value is below current enterprise value under a range of conditions, per the company's recent presentation.

REZI. Recently spun-off from Honeywell. "Smart Home", i.e. stuff for the home-- controls, security, etc. CEO recently made a small open-market buy. A Cornell "spin-off to pay-off" candidate maybe?

DNR. Company has dropped to apparent (?) near bk levels and bounced back each time (concomitantly with upside positive views/moves on oil prices). I bet the stock/company can rise again from current stock price.

CNDT. Reentering and following Icahn. Big company with lots of operations. Maybe opportunity for improvement and focusing now that company is out from Xerox.
