Goering & df : The recent high volume I think was something to do with the preferred being converted to ordinary shares. I cannot throw any light on the prospects for this company. I would have thought that it could make money on its JOT and handwriter systems but everytime that there is a little good news the stock goes down. Is management adrift- possibly but the new CEO deserves the time to prove that he can turn this one around. How long it will take is the question. Sassower I belive has claimed that he will be cash flow positive in this QTR. John
