What they do is convert old database files into new relational database files (ORACLE, DB2, or others). This is probably a good thing in any case, but it also allows the company to take care of the date problem (very easy to change in a modern database). I am getting interested in this stock; but am worried about its tendency to sell off whenever it hits $7.
