Looks like this dog still ain't hunting but a couple of silver linings.

One is the transparency. MM and analysts have to like the new breath of fresh air. I would hope that they will be looking forward to a reason to get happy about WIND again.

Second, there was nice volume. perhaps the investors in the know are slowly accumulating. More volume like this would be a really nice signal that the news really is good....
