I much rather would have had them keep dividend flat and use that cash to pay down its enormous debt load. Instead, they raised it by a penny.

Very nice dividend yield for sure. And modest forward PE of 8, assuming estimates are met (big if, in event economy weakens). But revenue is not expected to grow between 2019 and 2021.

I'd consider it more of a hold than a buy.
