Bill you are an excellent researcher. The reason that I shared my problem on your thread was two fold. One to illustrate that
an imbalance in the body's electrolyte system can cause major difficulties with the heart that negate all the other
work we do ( and the work that I certainly did to stay healthy)
to keep our blood pressure low, minimize our cholesterol,
take sufficient Vit. D and 'Fish oils. etc. When a little thing like lack of sodium and potassium, chloride can
cause muscle spasms in extremities that could effect the heart and the problem is acute then it illustrates to me that
we have to be on the alert for many things in our old bodes.

Now granted I am 78 and have lost most of my friends in my age bracket but most were felled by cancer. I have been fortunate here but right now I have to find out why my body will not allow sodium to exceed 132 even after bags of intravenous have been poured into me. Until I do I am in a bad place. They don't even sell salt pills in the stores anymore. Remember when one used to be able to get them. I eat salt... right out of the jar. Just call me the salt queen.

That is the research I would appreciate your helping me with when you have the time.

Thanks to those on this site who have wished me well. You have a great following here. Many kind hearts.
