I'm not aware of any broker that allows 3 weeks to satisfy the
margin call. I have an account with WH. Every time I got a margin
call, I had 5 business days to cover it. As a matter of fact, I
just got a call last Friday and I have until this Friday to cover
it.

I will call the branch tomorrow to inquire about this 3-week
settlement.
