I have to say you have some valid points about the rising cost of health care. It's a major concern of voters. I've always wondered if charges billed over a reasonable charge (unrecovered)are written off at the federal level against expenses.

Just what is a reasonable charge. At the federal level medicare and cade? At the state level for private insurance? Are location, patient satisfaction, factored in.

I'm sure it's a concern of new people going into the health care field. I personally know it costs more than a reasonable charge (out of pocket expense) to go to a dentist that I like of my choice. My long ago provider charged a reasonable charge (nice enough man)(now retired), but never kept up with the times in equipment and newer technology. I'm paying the price now in out of pocket dental work, but I am satisfied in service and satisfaction.
