Hypothetically, lets suppose that naxos can economically recover platinum and palladium from Franklin Lake and the geology supports a rather monstrous 2.5 billion ton ore body as Tom F. has commented upon in the past.....

Assuming that financing for a demonstration plant will occur and the new plant scales up the Johnson process adequately, then there will be a huge, mega power struggle from external sources who want to control the PMs at Franklin Lake.

Lets say the international mining companies want to buy Naxos out. Maybe the catalyst companies want to but naxos out. Maybe the government entities start passing new "nationalistic" legislation. Maybe an endangered earth worm shows up (or is planted by the ASE) at Franklin lake and the Environmentalist movement starts "sand hugging" instead of tree hugging which slows down commercialization.

Can Naxos management handle all the pressure? At what price will Naxos sell out or a few major controlling shareholders sell out?
