H.P. Yee, I'm even more confused than you. From their site: I just bought a 56K modem. Can I use it with you? Sure! Modems are designed in such a way that, if one modem is faster than another, the faster modem will slow down to match the speed of the slower modem. Since just about all of our modems are made by US Robotics, there shouldn't be any problems with compatibility. UltraNet's modems currently only support up to 33.6. ultranet.com By the way, they charge $30/mo Unlimited, expensive. o~~~ O
