Thanks for the input. It's nice to know that this stuff actually works in the real world. I'm also an investor in Siebel, and can see great potential of this combination in sales. Everytime I go to Amazon.com and see the recommendations it makes me think how so much of this could be used in a way to actually help salespersons.
