I looked at the premiums on calls and they were outrageous. Once I resigned I figured its better to just walk away clean - I can always re-enter later.

Its clear that I have no idea what is driving this stock up so there is no sense in trying to apply logic to it, thus I'm just going to steer clear until it settles down.
