Why not? Have you BEEN there? There isn't a deer within 300 miles, and any would die of thirst LONG before they ever got there.

You're info is wrong anyway, it's only 1250 acres. I'm sure the lizards, snakes and tortoises that scratch out a living there will appreciate the shade under the solar collectors!
