Gregor,

I was so happy running last night...I jogged 1 1/2 miles and my leg felt great. Until...there were people in my way on the track and I had to jog onto the grass a bit, where I suceeded in pulling the injured leg a little. Not really bad, but enough to tell me to take it easier. I guess that's what happens when you try to speed up progress.

I'm still very, very pleased and thankful with how God has allowed me to recover this quickly.
