That's just it Dman. I don't believe Mr. Manning, apparently an experienced attorney specializing in these matters, could simply "sign" the wrong document and end up on BB instead of the Naz. It just doesn't happen. Now, if it did, can you imagine the lawsuit he will face from the 2,000 or so remaining shareholders from the old Firecrest days? Something's wrong here Dman, but I am willing to accept that risk and accept that maybe I am just being paranoid. Always keep in mind Hitsgalore and do not believe everything you see posted . Jeff
