Re: INGN

Marc, I am sorry that I didn't answer earlier.I had not seen your post before today !!

INGN is closing its Dec.9 Up-gap. The volume that day was 7,527,939 and the stock closed at $8.82, almost $1 below its intra-day H of $9.81 The previous day H was $7.80 and the L on Dec.9 was 8.42 so the gap= 7.80 to 8.42

Today's L was $7.71 and the stock closed at $7.80 so the "Gap" has been closed. The question now is wether the support at $7.75 to $7.35 will hold.

The company was careful in providing good news after it announced its $16M financing on Dec.8 and the "good news" continued on Dec.10; Dec.15; Dec.20 & Dec.23 But in spite of that, the stock price had an intra-day "sale signal" on Dec.23 (the day before Christmas Holiday) which was confirmed the next trading day on Dec.27 and the stock could not rally above its resistance at $8.65 for the rest of the week.

If the stock can close above its Dec.9 H of $9.81 the next resistance would be at March H of $10.02 and the Jan.H at $10.37 before it can test the Sep.2003 H at $11.24

Zeta believes that the stock is poised to breakout. If that happens...

If that happens I am afraid that she may be going to Barcelona sooner than I thought.<g>
