re NWL - I believe it’s a melting ice cube and their brands are waning. Too much debt as well. I”ll pass. 10 years ago, I would buy these consumer stalwarts but not any more.

TAP is a similar situation, but probably a better buy, since it is melting very slowly and generating a lot of free cash flow.
